Then last season, seemingly out of nowhere, his HR/FB ratio spiked to a Jose Bautista like 21 percent while he suddenly was hitting more than 50 percent fly balls. The end result was a career-high 13 homers in only 216 at-bats. The tough part is deciding which if either of those two changes will stick, and how much Lillibridge's power will fall assuming he gives something back. At the end of the day, his lowly 68.0 percent contact rate as a big leaguer has to improve or it will not matter how much power he retains. After his power breakout last year, the White Sox are likely going to find ways to get Lillibridge's stick in the lineup. Buyer beware, there is a very strong chance Lillibridge regresses in the power department, which will also negatively impact his average, since homers are hits, too.","seasonId":2012,"date":"Mon Feb 27"},"playerRater30DAY":-2.5,"playerRater15DAY":-3.1,"positionRank":32}
