Rex Brothers, who was credited with the victory after pitching a scoreless tenth inning, won his ninth consecutive decision (since May 2012), matching the longest winning streak in Rockies history. He now shares the franchise record with Julian Tavarez (2000) and Ubaldo Jimenez (2010). The Rockies, Marlins and Rays are the only current major-league franchises that have never had a pitcher post a winning streak of ten or more games.
