Not that Harrell is without fantasy value; he led his team in wins (11), starts (32) and innings (193 2/3), a testament to his stamina, and he posted a 2.87 ERA and elevated his rate to 7.42 strikeouts per nine in 15 starts after the All-Star break, a testament to his ability. That hot finish was not driven solely by luck; his BABIP was actually higher after the break (.296) than before it (.291), and at least the strikeout bump hints he could be useful in a matchups capacity or in AL-only leagues. Still, this is not a guy with elite skills, stronger served \"beating up\" on the weak, as his 3.08 ERA and 1.16 WHIP in 12 starts against sub-.500 teams last year shows ... and remember that the American League is the richer hitters' league.","seasonId":2013,"date":"Thu Feb 21"},"playerRater30DAY":1.5,"playerRater15DAY":4.1,"positionRank":75}
