Bumgarner: 8 Wins In Last 8 Starts At At&t Park
From Elias: Madison Bumgarner earned his eighth win in his last eight home starts, a 5-2 verdict over the Brewers on Saturday. That's the longest streak of wins in consecutive home starts by a Giants pitcher since Bob Knepper won eight straight starts at Candlestick Park over 1977 and 1978. With his win on Saturday, Bumgarner is 14-5 with a 2.50 ERA in his last 20 starts (since July 19, 2011), becoming the first Giants pitcher to win 14 times in a span of 20 starts since - not Lincecum, not Cain - but since Jason Schmidt in 2004. The last Giants' left-hander to win 14 of 20 starts? Vida Blue in 1978.

Bumgarner Holds Rockies Hitless Into The Sixth
From Elias: Madison Bumgarner notched his first win of the season with a 4-2 victory against the Rockies in Denver. Bumgarner held Colorado hitless until Tyler Colvin tripled with one out in the bottom of the sixth inning. It was the fifth time in the last four seasons that a Giants pitcher had a no-hitter through at least the first five innings of a game at Coors Field. Tim Lincecum did that once in each of the last three seasons (5.1 innings in 2009, 5.0 in 2010, 6.1 in 2011), and Matt Cain carried a no-hitter through 7.1 innings there on Sept. 26, 2010.
