From Elias: John Mayberry Jr. made some baseball history on Tuesday by becoming the first major-league player ever to hit two home runs in extra innings in one game, including a walkoff grand slam. Before Mayberry, the last major league to hit a game-tying and walkoff homer, both in extra frames, was Baltimore's Mike Young, who hit both homers off the Angels' DeWayne Buice on May 28, 1987.
