Unfortunately, it was right around that point that he began to regress; beginning with his first save opportunity on May 28, he went only 12-for-19 in save chances with a 5.33 ERA in his next 27 appearances and handed the job right back to Grant Balfour. Setup work is probably more in line with Cook's skills; he had a 2.87 ERA and 1.12 WHIP combined at the Double- and Triple-A levels and walks too many hitters to be truly classified \"elite.\" That means plenty of holds, but it's also not unthinkable that he could ride a hot streak, or benefit from a Balfour cold spell, to return to the ninth-inning role. Draft him only as an AL-only handcuff or ERA helper, but be aware he could sneak in some cheap saves.","seasonId":2013,"date":"Wed Feb 20"},"playerRater30DAY":1.5,"playerRater15DAY":0.1,"positionRank":34}
