Martin Batting Ninth
From Elias: Leonys Martin went 2-for-4 with a home run and a triple to help the Rangers beat the Mariners. Martin is the second player in franchise history (dating back to the 1961 expansion Senators) to homer and triple in one game from the ninth spot of the batting order. The other Texas player to do so was Juan Beniquez, against the Blue Jays on May 22, 1977.
