While there's a chance he replaces the departed Jason Vargas with an impressive spring, Hultzen would benefit from a few months proving he can do better back at Tacoma before making his big league debut. Once up, assuming he has ironed out his control issues, he should be worth adding in most mixed leagues, especially for his ERA and WHIP potential.","seasonId":2013,"date":"Wed Feb 20"}}
