His left-on-base percentage was a bloated 80.4, fourth-highest in baseball, and among 96 ERA qualifiers, he ranked 49th in strikeouts-per-nine innings ratio (6.96), 25th in walks-per-nine (3.06) and 40th in FIP (Fielding Independent Pitching, 3.67). With some regression in ERA and WHIP, as we expect, he'd lose a noticeable amount of value, and don't forget that the Giants don't provide starters with much run support.
