He still has a long way to go before his fantasy owners forgive him for such a poor start to the season, but this is definitely helping.","date":"Sat May 26"},"fullName":"Albert Pujols","seasonOutlook":{"outlook":"For those of you who only play in American League formats and are not familiar with the players in the Senior Circuit, this Pujols guy is pretty good. If career interleague stats are any indication, Pujols will have no problem adjusting to the American League. In 143 games encompassing 541 at-bats, Pujols hit a robust .348 with 39 homers, 121 RBI, 104 runs and 8 steals. These would be fantastic full-season numbers and Pujols should play a few more games than that, especially since he can occasionally take his hacks at designated hitter. While a slugger of Pujols' stature is largely immune to park effects, it is worth noting the new Busch Stadium has been extremely stingy, reducing right-handed pop by 26 percent. Last season's sub-.300 average was an aberration, resulting from a handful of fewer line drives and some bad luck on all balls in play. While age and health are beginning to be a concern, Pujols is still one of fantasy baseball's top producers and should continue to be for several years.","seasonId":2012,"date":"Fri Feb 10"},"playerRater30DAY":4.8,"playerRater15DAY":8.7,"positionRank":17}
