Cano Ties Gordon
From Elias: Robinson Cano hit two two-run home runs in the Yankees' 7-2 home win over the Blue Jays. It was Cano's 12th career game with at least two homers, all of which have come as a second baseman. That ties the franchise record for multi-homer games by a second sacker. Hall-of-Famer Joe Gordon also had 12 between 1938 and 1946. Six of Cano's 12 games with 2+ home runs have come at the current Yankee Stadium. That equals the number of multi-homer games accounted for by home-team second basemen in the last 70 seasons that the Bombers played at the "Old" Yankee Stadium (four by Gordon, one by Willie Randolph in 1985, and one by Cano himself in 2007).

MLB- Cano multi-hr as Yankees 2B
From Elias: Robinson Cano: 12 multi-HR games have all come as a 2nd baseman. That't tied for most by a Yankees 2nd baseman in Yankees HISTORY -- Joe Gordon also had 12 (he had 13 total, 12 coming when he played 2nd base).
