NEW YORK -- Adam LaRoche was in the visiting clubhouse at Citi Field on Sunday when he was stopped by Kirk Gibson. The Diamondbacks' interim manager told LaRoche he was due, the kind of off-the-cuff comment that skippers make to players on a daily basis.
