Game notes
Los Angeles plans to start RHP Aaron Harang on short rest Sunday rather than go with LHP Clayton Kershaw, who hasn't pitched in a game since Sept. 11 because of a sore hip. He threw 20 pitches in the bullpen on Friday without problem. ... Dodgers C A.J. Ellis grounded out twice, extending his slump to 0 for 28.
