CLEVELAND -- Mark Reynolds came to Cleveland with the reputation of being a hitter who packed plenty of power.
Through the first 10 games, he's proving that to be true.Reynolds' fifth-inning grand slam keyed Cleveland's 9-4 win over the Chicago White Sox on Saturday."He's so strong and when he's swinging the bat like that, it's so pretty to watch," Indians manager Terry Francona said of Reynolds, who leads the team with five homers and 13 RBIs.Reynolds also came to town with the reputation of often swinging and missing -- he has struck out more than 200 times in a season three times in his career, after all. He has fanned eight times in 35 at-bats this season but made enough contact off White Sox ace Chris Sale to turn Cleveland's 3-2 lead into a comfortable margin."I was looking to put the ball in the air," said Reynolds, who tied a career high with five RBIs. "It wasn't an easy day to get it out of the park, but it's never an easy day here, so far."More From ESPNChicago.com
