Garrett Richards ready to return

The Giants starter gave up 4 runs and 8 hits in 3 2/3 innings Friday but wouldn't blame the poor outing on a stiff back. The back will require "a little treatment," Peavy said, adding, "I was plety good enough to be out there. I have to help my team more than I did tonight."

The Dodgers OF has missed 3 straight games with a hamstring injury, and although manager Don Mattingly doesn't think he'll play tonight, Puig thinks differently, telling the LA Times in Spanish on Friday: "One more day."

Mike Trout hit his 100th and 101st career home runs on Friday, making him the youngest player in MLB history with 100 home runs and 100 stolen bases. Trout is 56 days younger than Alex Rodriguez was when he reached the 100-100 club.
