David Ortiz last week actually fouled a ball off the same spot on his left foot that was hit by a pitch Saturday in Toronto, but "feels good enough to go" in the series-opener against the Orioles, according to Red Sox manager John Farrell. Ortiz has six homers in his last nine games at Camden Yards.
