Despite knuckleballer Steven Wright's struggles to grip ball in sticky, humid or wet conditions, Red Sox manager John Farrell said he can't possibly consider scratching him from future starts in that type of weather. Nature of a five-man rotation doesn't allow for that type of manipulation with starting pitchers.

Team president Sam Kennedy and Fenway Sports Group president Mike Gordon are at Angel Stadium, as well.
