Bourn left Saturday's game against the White Sox when he felt his leg tighten up after he beat out a bunt. He didn't play Sunday and missed the first three games of a series against the Minnesota Twins.
The Indians beat the Twins 9-4 on Thursday for their first three-game winning streak this season. Bourn had a sacrifice fly in the seventh.
Bourn had surgery on the hamstring in October, but he strained it in spring training and began the season on the disabled list. He's batting .250 with five RBIs and two stolen bases.
The Indians begin a six-game trip to Tampa Bay and Toronto on Friday. With the games on artificial turf, it's unlikely that Bourn will play every day. Nyjer Morgan, who was recalled from Triple-A Columbus after Bourn was injured, will probably stay with the team. Morgan replaced Bourn the past three games.
