DENVER -- Atlanta Braves outfielder Justin Upton left Tuesday's 13-10 victory over Colorado with a strained left hamstring.

He is day to day, the team announced.

Upton singled in the top of the first inning and scored on Tommy La Stella's single. When Atlanta took the field in the bottom of the first he was replaced in left field by Jordan Schafer.

Upton is hitting .292 with 14 home runs and 36 RBIs this season.
