ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Minnesota right-hander Nick Blackburn is set to rejoin the Twins' starting rotation Tuesday night.
Blackburn felt a cramp in the back of his right shoulder April 14 against Texas. He threw a 52-pitch bullpen session Sunday.
Blackburn said he didn't feel any discomfort while throwing and doesn't foresee any lingering issues.
Boston right-hander Josh Beckett is the scheduled starter for the Red Sox on Tuesday, which is the second game of a three-game series.
