Roy Halladay will make a rehab start Thursday and, if all goes well, could return to the Philadelphia Phillies' rotation early next week, according to a Philadelphia Inquirer report.
Halladay will start Thursday for Class A Clearwater in his first game action since May 27, according to the report.
If there are no setbacks, Halladay is likely to start next Tuesday against the Los Angeles Dodgers, according to the report.
Halladay (4-5, 3.98 ERA) has been sidelined since late May with a strained shoulder.
