NEW YORK -- Right-hander Chris Tillman has left the Baltimore Orioles' game against the New York Yankees after three innings because of elbow stiffness.
Tillman allowed two hits, including a two-run homer to Chris Dickerson, and walked two Sunday before giving way to Randy Wolf in the fourth. He struck out two and threw 44 pitches.
Wolf was making his first appearance with Baltimore.
The Orioles were trailing 2-0.
