NEW YORK -- Baseball Hall of Famer Frank Robinson and former team owner Jerry Colangelo have won top honors from the Jackie Robinson Foundation.
Robinson and Colangelo were presented with the Chairman's Award by the foundation on Thursday night.
Frank Robinson was the first black manager in the big leagues and now works for Major League Baseball. Colangelo previously owned the Phoenix Suns and Arizona Diamondbacks.
The award goes to sports leaders who promote values represented by Jackie Robinson, who broke baseball's color barrier in 1947.
