Buy or sell Mat Latos in fantasy?

Mat Latos is the only pitcher in MLB with four consecutive starts of at least six innings, giving up no more than one run, and all have been wins. Should you hold on to him or sell in fantasy?

What to make of Lato's early surge

Mat Latos came into this season with a 3.51 career ERA and had posted a sub-3.00 ERA only once, in 2010. After two injury-shortened seasons, can we trust anything in his current 0.74 ERA start? Which surging, slumping players will continue? (Insider)

It had been 22 starts by a left-handed visitor to Rogers Centre since we had seen a Game Score as good as Chris Sale's 74 tonight. Teams avoid using 'em there; Sale came in and tossed an absolute gem.

David Schoenfield ESPN Senior Writer

I know, I know, it's just April, but given the early issues of other candidates like Dallas Keuchel, David Price and Chris Archer, this is looking like Chris Sale's Cy Young year. He's having another strong start with just one hit allowed through six innings against the Jays. Batters are hitting just .146 against him and he's avoided the home runs that plagued him a bit last year.
