How do you respond when a team throws a pitch behind your back? For Chase Utley it would be to hit two home runs, including a grand slam against the Mets. The Dodgers' infielder has five RBIs in seven innings to help his team to a 6-0 lead.

Dodgers pitcher Kenta Maeda recovered impressively after taking a line drive off his right hand in the first inning. He gave up no runs on two hits to the Mets and was removed after five innings, having thrown 75 pitches.

Dodgers send down Urias after rocky debut

19-year-old Dodgers pitcher Julio Urias is heading back to Triple-A Oklahoma City after his MLB debut lasted only 2 2/3 innings on Friday night in a 6-5 loss to the New York Mets.

Doug Padilla ESPN Staff Writer

The Dodgers' Kenta Maeda remained in Saturday's game despite getting hit in the right hand/wrist by a Michael Conforto comebacker in the first inning. Conforto reached first base on a single as the ball rebounded toward third base. Maeda was visited by a trainer and Dodgers manager Dave Roberts but remained in the game after throwing a few warm-up pitches.

The Dodgers' Kenta Maeda has taken the mound in New York having given up four runs in four of his last five starts. The Dodgers lost four of those five games.
