Phillies Class-A pitcher Matt Imhof suffered a potentially career-threatening eye injury in a freak training accident in the Florida State League late last week, his agent told ESPN.com.

Galvis ends Phils' losing streak in style

Freddy Galvis had a career-high five RBIs on Thursday, as the Phillies snapped their nine-game skid. That's the most RBIs by a single player in a game that ended a losing streak of nine games or longer for his team since Sept. 27, 2005, when Melvin Mora had five RBIs for the Orioles, the Elias Sports Bureau reports.
