Because that Dan Henderson-Mauricio Rua fight in 2011 was so mind-numbingly awesome, most of us decided to ignore something about it -- they both looked kind of old. Henderson is 42 and hasn't fought in 15 months. He can beat Lyoto Machida, but it's going to be tough. Machida moves well, we know that, but he does tend to circle left (towards Henderson's power) and he's somewhat vulnerable to getting tied up along the fence against an opponent who knows how to cut off the cage (Henderson does it well). Machida has great takedown defense and is good at getting back to his feet. This figures to be a standup fight. Henderson is durable and has the skill level to tag Machida, but does he have the speed?
