Yes, the word "fast" describes Demetrious Johnson -- but the word "versatile" does it better. The champ is quick but what makes him special is his ability to adjust. He can fight big or small. Against Joseph Benavidez, he produced swings and misses that opened counter opportunities. When he fought John Dodson, he played the bully with takedowns and pressure. John Moraga possesses that "bounce" of a flyweight, but when it's time to let his hands go he sets his feet and throws with above-average power. He has a good counter left hook and an overhand right, but does he have the hand speed to catch Johnson with any regularity? Moraga is the better pure wrestler but Johnson is near impossible to keep on the ground.
