The last time Dan Henderson scored five takedowns in a fight was Oct. 21, 2006, against -- oh hey, Vitor Belfort. For a former Olympic wrestler, Henderson is mostly a stand-up fighter. We know this. He changed that against Belfort the first time they fought, but I doubt it this time. You have to expect this to play out on the feet and because of that, you have to favor Belfort. Henderson has the overhand right, but that will be difficult to land against the southpaw Belfort. Henderson has pretty solid defense and a good chin, but at 43, he's lost a little speed and his stamina isn't so superior to Belfort's that I consider it a huge advantage. With his kicks and speed, Belfort should dictate range all day.
