Not to be taken literally, Brad "One Punch" Pickett threw punches in bunches against Mike Easton -- and he landed plenty, too. Pickett and Easton stood toe-to-toe in exchanges, turned the tide on each other frequently and made three rounds pass by in a heated flash. Each man took home $60,000 for fight of the night, but, in the end, it was the Londoner Pickett who got his arm raised. Therefore, Pickett remains vital in a fairly shallow 135-pound pool. Realistically, when you consider that Pickett's only losses in the past couple of years are to interim champion Renan Barao and bantamweight challenger Eddie Wineland, he's still right there in the proverbial mix. Meanwhile, Barao/Wineland is scheduled to go down at UFC 161 in June. The big question remains: Will Barao still wear the "interim" tag heading in, or will the UFC strip the long-sidelined Dominick Cruz of his belt? Stay tuned.
