Power Rankings: Heavyweight

Deep or not too deep? That is the question worth pondering about UFC's heavyweight division after another round of fights at UFC 160. With a trilogy up next between champion Cain Velasquez and his rival Junior dos Santos, the onus is on Octagon-bound heavyweights to make a statement, as there aren't any clear-cut contenders as of now -- unless dos Santos upends Velasquez and Daniel Cormier can jump in for his shot. Fabricio Werdum can make a play if he beats Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira in June. Maybe recently signed Josh Barnett, if he gets a high-profile win or two. Perhaps Alistair Overeem can work his way into the mix again. Or Roy Nelson, if he beats Stipe Miocic and re-signs with Zuffa. At the start of the year it felt as if the UFC heavyweight division was as good as it's ever been, but that sentiment has washed away some as results, injuries and surprises make this a highly volatile division.
