Did Rashad Evans get complacent? Did he "lose his hunger," as Dana White said after Evans dropped a lackluster decision to Antonio Rogerio Nogueira? Was the distraction of having a potential title shot with Anderson Silva hanging over his head too much? We won't likely know, but Evans didn't look like the Evans who has been such a long-tenured fixture on the Power Rankings at 205 pounds. The bottom line is that he seemed poised for a big showing against a slower, older Lil Nog, yet he kept his guns holstered for three straight rounds. At one point, Roy Nelson -- sitting in the front row at Mandalay Bay -- was imploring Evans to go in for the double leg, because the urgency in Evans' game just wasn't there. "Suga" slides in this week's rankings, while the familiar name of Nogueira begins yet another northbound trek.
