Immediately after smothering out one of the all-time greats at UFC 173, Daniel Cormier made his intentions known. All of them. He wants to fight Jon Jones and he wants to take him down. "If I decide to take Jones down 100 times, I will take him down 100 times," Cormier said. That's the game plan. It's right there. Cormier, a U.S. Olympic wrestler at one point, believes he has got what it takes to neutralize Jones, and he isn't keeping it a secret. He'll have to wait his turn, as a tantalizing rematch between Jones and Alexander Gustafsson is up next, but if given the opportunity, we all can say we know what Cormier will want to do with it.
