Jason Miller to fight C.B. Dollaway
Former Strikeforce middleweight contender Jason Miller will get another chance to prove he belongs in UFC and can win there.
Miller will face C.B. Dollaway on May 26 at UFC 146 in Las Vegas, promotion president Dana White announced Saturday night.
"(The) Ultimate Fighter runner-up C.B. 'The Doberman' Dollaway has verbally agreed to face recent Ultimate Fighter coach Jason 'Mayhem' Miller in a middleweight bout," White said on UFC.com.
Miller made his UFC debut in April 2005 against Georges St. Pierre during a welterweight fight. He lost that bout by unanimous decision and was out of the promotion for six years.
St. Pierre went on to become the UFC welterweight champion.
In his return to UFC on Dec. 3, 2011, Miller (24-8 with one no contest) met fellow TUF 14 coach Michael Bisping in a middleweight showdown. Bisping stopped Miller (0-2 in UFC) by TKO in the third round.
Dollaway, like Miller, also finds himself needing to prove that he is still UFC-worthy.
He will enter the bout with Miller on a two-fight losing skid. Dollaway has a professional mixed martial arts record of 11-4.
