The Good-Koreshkov winner is assured of securing a 170-pound title bout.
Ben Askren is the current Bellator welterweight titleholder. He claimed the title in October 2010 with a unanimous decision over Good.
The loss was the first of Good's professional career.
Good (14-2) is currently on a three-fight win streak. In his most recent outing last Friday at Bellator 78, Good defeated Michail Tsarev via second-round TKO.
Koreshkov also earned a spot in the welterweight tournament final at Bellator 78 by knocking out Marius Zaromskis in the first round.
The win over Zaromskis was Koreshkov's fourth under the Bellator banner. Koreshkov is 12-0 as a professional.
Bellator 82 also features a welterweight bout between David Rickels (10-1) and Jason Fischer (4-0).
