Here are some characteristics Carmelo Anthony's looking for in a coach: "Being able to hold guys accountable, but also having a relationship with the player. Kind of seeing things from a players' perspective as well as a coach's perspective," Anthony said in an interview with Complex.com. Carmelo Anthony explains why he'd like to be kept in the loop on the Knicks' coaching search: "You gotta think about it, this is gonna be a long-term journey of playing and you consider me being part of that plan then I would want to know what's going on," he told Complex.com last week. As of last Thursday, Anthony hadn't spoken to team president Phil Jackson about the coaching search.
