Can Lakers help Knicks draft a big man?

If the Lakers don't pick a big man at No. 2 in the draft, is the door open for the Knicks to get either Jahlil Okafor or Karl-Anthony Towns at No. 4?

Explanation of Horford ejection

From the @NBAOfficial Twitter account: "34.3 seconds left/Q2: Horford threw an unnecessary and excessive forearm/elbow to Dellavedova, making contact above the shoulders, therefore a Flagrant 2 foul was called on Horford who was ejected from the game, and Dellavedova received a technical."

Dave McMenamin @mcten

In my opinion, hard to say rolling into Horford dirty by Delly considering he fell over Carroll. But I understand why people are saying it.

Hawks lead by 1 at halftime

They're playing without Kyle Korver and Al Horford has been ejected, but the Hawks are still clinging to a 1-point lead at the break. LeBron James is 3-for-16 from the field, but has 10 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists for the Cavs. Follow live

Stephen A Smith @stephenasmith

This is totally wrong. Al Horford did not deserve to be EJECTED via a flagrant 2 on that play. That's just flat-out wrong. Totally unfair.

Horford tossed, Delly T'd up

Matthew Dellavedova and Al Horford got tangled up, with the Cavs PG going to the ground and the Hawks C following. Horford appeared to throw an elbow to Dellavedova's head, and was assessed a flagrant foul 2 and ejected. Dellavedova picked up a technical foul.

Dave McMenamin @mcten

A loud "Delly! Delly" chant here at The Q. Wow. What a playoffs this has been for that guy.

LeBron picking up his game

He's still just 3-of-16 from the field, but LeBron James has 10 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists, and the Cavs have regained the lead late in the second quarter of Game 3. James hasn't had a triple-double in the playoffs since Game 6 of the 2013 Finals.

Amin Elhassan @AminESPN

Hawks are trying to give that cushion of space and dare LeBron to shoot, but he's attacking that space, building steam & getting to the rim

LeBron on the board

He still hasn't made a field goal, but LeBron James knocked down a pair of free throws to score his first points of the game. The Cavs trail the Hawks 33-26 early in the second quarter. Follow live

Dave McMenamin @mcten

LeBron is 0-for-10. Kyrie started 0-for-7 when he scored 55 against Portland. By Kyrie math, LeBron's in store for about 75 pts.

Cavs couldn't shoot in first

The Cavs shot 22.2% (6-27) in the first quarter, their worst first quarter shooting percentage this season.

LeBron struggling, Hawks leading

LeBron James was 0-for-9 from the field, the worst start to a playoff game in his career. And yet the Cavs trail the Hawks by just 3 points after the first quarter of Game 3. Follow live

LeBron off the mark

LeBron James is 0-for-6 from the field so far, but the Cavs have sliced the Hawks' early lead in half and trail 21-17 with 3:01 left in the first quarter. Follow live

Kevin Arnovitz @kevinarnovitz

Not sure Hawks have enough possessions to spare to tolerate Shelvin Mack off-the-dribble contested 3-point attempts.

Kevin Arnovitz @kevinarnovitz

Hawks are lifting their bigs, trying to create as much space as possible given Korver's absence. Not a bad tack if Horford can hit.

Hawks not giving in

Despite being down 2-0 in the series and playing without Kyle Korver, Atlanta isn't ready to call it a season. The Hawks have opened Game 3 on a 12-4 run and are holding the Cavs to 1-of-10 shooting. Follow live

Delly scores the first 4 pts of the game for the Cavs and 4 Cavs -- Perk, Miller, J.R. & Joe Harris -- get off the bench to stand and cheer

ESPN Stats & Info @ESPNStatsInfo

LeBron James: 27.2 PPG, 9.9 RPG, 8.0 APG; the only player in history to average those numbers over an entire postseason is Oscar Robertson

Cavs look for 3-0 lead

The Warriors are already up 3-0 in the West. Can the Cavs do the same in the East? They'll host the Hawks tonight, with both teams missing key players. Follow live

An unnerving stat for Irving

The Cavs will be hard-pressed to win a title without a healthy Kyrie Irving, but they've done well without their star PG to this point. Really well, in fact.

Jalen Rose @JalenRose

Finals start June 4th, Cavs will all but certainly give Kyrie the chance to have 2 full weeks off to heal between games played.
