Sefolosha found not guilty on charges

The Hawks' Thabo Sefolosha has been acquitted on misdemeanor charges stemming from an April incident at a New York City nightclub, where Sefolosha suffered a broken leg and was charged with obstructing government administration, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Story

Lakers fall to 0-3 in preseason after 105-97 loss to the Toronto Raptors here in Ontario, Calif. Kobe Bryant finished with his best game of the preseason thus far -- 16 points on 5-11 shooting in about 22 minutes. Julius Randle had another impressive showing with 17 points on 7-10 shooting. And Lakers guard Lou Williams scored 19 against his former team.

No criminal charges for Matt Barnes

In an email to ESPN, the Redondo Beach Police Department stated: "RBPD did respond to an incident and complete a report. The report was reviewed and there is no basis for criminal charges. No further information is being released at this time about the location or those involved." Story
