History is on Hawks' side

Since the first round of the NBA playoffs went to a best-of-7 format, Hawks-Nets is the 7th matchup between the No. 1 and No. 8 seeds to be tied at 2-2. The No. 1 seed has won all six previous such series.

Nets even Hawks at 2-2 with clutch win

Deron Williams picked a perfect time to become his former self. The Hawks couldn't put the Nets away in the second half, and Brooklyn outscored Atlanta 16-11 in overtime for a 120-115 win. Box score
