VINCE GETS 48 FOR A THIRD NBA TEAM
Vince Carter's 48 points led the Magic to a 123-117 win over the Hornets. It was a season-high points total for Carter, which also means that it was his high in an Orlando uniform; he had previously reached the four-dozen mark twice with the Raptors (51 and 48) and once with the Nets (51). Only four other players in NBA history have scored that many points in a game with each of three different teams: Wilt Chamberlain (Warriors, 76ers, Lakers), Moses Malone (Rockets, Bullets, 76ers), Bernard King (Warriors, Knicks, Bullets) and Jamal Crawford (Bulls, Knicks, Warriors).
