Kerr leaves as NBA's most accurate 3-point shooter

Sharpshooter Steve Kerr won his fifth NBA title in June with the San Antonio Spurs. That was good enough to call it a career.


After toying with the idea of playing another year, Kerr opted to retire after 14 seasons in order to work as a television analyst for TNT.

The cable network announced Thursday that Kerr will work on-site at one of TNT's two weekly Thursday night games. He will also work during the playoffs, as well as All-Star weekend.
