Racial slur in play in Williams trial
TRENTON, N.J. -- Attorneys in the reckless manslaughter case of former NBA star Jayson Williams are scheduled to square off in front of New Jersey's Supreme Court.
The high court is to hear arguments Tuesday concerning what role a racial slur uttered by an investigator will play when Williams is retried.
