Walker helps Knicks top Pistons

LAS VEGAS -- The New York Knicks defeated the Detroit Pistons, 92-80, in the first game of the eighth day of competition at the 2010 NBA Summer League on the campus of the University of Nevada - Las Vegas. The Knicks used a 19-point outing from Bill Walker to put away the Pistons, who stayed closed with New York through the first half.

Detroit's Greg Monroe led all scorers with 27 points, 10 of which came in the fourth quarter. He also pulled down a game-high 14 rebounds in the contest. ...
