Heat benefit from deal framework

This may not be welcome news in certain circles, but it appears the Miami Heat ended up being winners in the 11th hour system changes the owners made to get the players to finally agree on the framework of a collective bargaining agreement.

Over the long haul the Heat, like some other high-profile and big-market teams, are going to have some issues and will have to make some critical decisions. But as for the 2011-12 season, the few late concessions may significantly alter how they go about ...
