Appendectomy for Jannero Pargo

ATLANTA -- Hawks guard Jannero Pargo is expected to miss two to four weeks following an appendectomy in Cleveland on Sunday night.

Pargo missed the Hawks' 103-87 win over the Cavaliers on Sunday with what was believed to be a stomach virus. He had the surgery at the Cleveland Clinic.

Hawks coach Larry Drew says Pargo, a backup who averages 5.2 points per game, may fly back to Atlanta on Tuesday.
