Udonis Haslem out due to flu

MIAMI -- The Miami Heat had to make yet another lineup change Monday, as starting power forward Udonis Haslem was scratched against the Atlanta Hawks because of flu-like symptoms.

Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said Haslem missed the team's morning shoot-around to deal with the illness. Rashard Lewis was slated to start in Haslem's absence Monday.
