Grizzlies head coach Lionel Hollins was being interviewed on a local sports talk radio show in Memphis, and the conversation turned to the recent trade rumors swirling around the team. Hollins quickly let it be known that if he had his druthers, any deal would wait until after the current roster had a fair shot this season, and that "as successful as we are, it would be a big letdown if someone were to be traded" in the middle of the season. "I like my team, we're 23-10; why would I want to break up a 23-10 team?" he said.
