Welcome to ESPN.com's NBA preseason Fan Favorites.
We have set up a series of polls for you, the NBA fan, to let us know your predictions for the 2000-01 NBA season. We want to know who you think are the best teams and which players will be leading the league this season.
In our first poll, we are asking users to rank ALL the NBA teams according to how you think they rank heading into the season. Teams are listed in the order they finished the 1999 season according to record.
