Duncan is preseason league's top forward

The forward position in the NBA is loaded with talent league-wide and the voting was close in deciding who will be the best this season.
San Antonio Spurs big man Tim Duncan narrowly beat out Kevin Garnett for the title handed out by ESPN.com users.
