The 19-year-old forward will be facing his former team when the
Clippers play Russian champion CSKA Moscow on Saturday in an
The Clippers, who drafted Korolev in the first round last year,
will play two games in Moscow. The other is Friday against BC Khimki.
Korolev played for CSKA in the 2004-05 season, mostly on the
junior team, before being drafted by the Clippers. He played 127
minutes last season, hitting 9 of 30 shots.
"He's worked hard. The main concern we have is building up his
body," said Clippers coach Mike Dunleavy.
